The Longview Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2013 Salute to Healthcare recipients. This year's recipients are: Volunteer of the Year – Clarence and Jean Norton; Healthcare Professional-Dr. James Woodson and the Dr. Sam Mack Lifetime Achievement Award: Dr. Byron "Biff" Cook III (posthumously) and Dr. Julia Van Burkleo.

This year's recipients will be honored and recognized at the annual Salute to Healthcare Luncheon March 27 at 11:30 a.m. at Pinecrest Country Club. The event sponsor is Longview Regional Medical Center.

The Longview Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of each of these individuals and the impact they have had on the healthcare community.
